Lorna Lathram is former President
of the Omidyar Foundation. Ms. Lathram brings experience in
creating and launching innovative products and services for
the scientific, technology, agricultural and philanthropic
sectors. She began her career with the multinational manufacturer,
CIBA-Geigy, in their AgriBusiness division where she was involved
in field research and the launch of numerous new practices
and technologies.

Thomas K. Reis is a Program Director
in the Philanthropy and Volunteerism program at the W.K. Kellogg
Foundation in Battle Creek Michigan and the former Director
of Social Marketing for the Foundation. Before joining the
Foundation, Mr. Reis spent nearly five years in Indonesia
as a Senior Program Officer with the Academy for Educational
Development. He began his career in marketing management positions
with the Pillsbury Company and Ringer Corporation. He has
consulted in 15 countries and has lived in Latin America,
Africa and Asia.

Susan Bell is Vice President for The
William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, where her responsibilities
include directing a cluster of grants supporting effective
philanthropy. For 14 years, Ms. Bell worked in development,
alumni relations, communications, and strategic planning for
Northwestern University (Chicago, IL), the Sierra Club (San
Francisco, CA), and Stanford University (Palo Alto, CA). She
serves on the boards of the Africa Foundation (Johannesburg)
and The Nature Conservancy, Illinois Chapter and the board
and executive committee of Openlands Project (Chicago).

Betsy Buchalter Adler represents many
grantmaking and other nonprofit clients at Silk, Adler &
Colvin. She is the Chair of the American Bar Association Tax
Section's Committee on Tax-Exempt Organizations; founding
Chair and current member of the State Bar of California's
Tax-Exempt Organizations Committee; and an officer of the
Cisco Learning Institute. Ms. Adler lectures on developments
in the law of nonprofit organizations and is the author of
The Rules of the Road: A Guide to the Law of Charities in
the United States (Council on Foundations, 1999).

Donna Bandelloni is Managing Director
of Fiduciary Services at ComstockCo. Previously, she was Managing
Partner at Bandelloni & Associates providing philanthropic
consulting to the non-profit community and the financial services
industries. Prior to establishing her own business, Donna
was Director of Advisory Services for the San Francisco Foundation.
Preceding her work with The San Francisco Foundation, Donna
was Vice President, Senior Philanthropic Consultant with Merrill
Lynch Trust Company. She currently serves as board member
or advisor to Northern California Planned Giving Council,
Marin Community Foundation, Give2Asia, and The University
of Connecticut's Neag School of Education.

John B. Ford is beginning his fifteenth
year as Vice President for Development at Stanford University.
After graduation from Stanford in 1971 with a BA in history,
Mr. Ford worked in development positions at CalTech, the University
of Chicago and Stanford, where he began as Associate Director
of Medical Development. For 15 years, he has been responsible
for all Stanford's gift procurement activities, which last
year totaled $469 million.

David Keller has worked in a
number of diverse industries including health care, heavy
manufacturing, civil service, and finally High Technology
where he worked at increasing levels of responsibility at
ROLM Corporation during the 1980's and then at Cisco Systems
from 1989 - 2002. He now enthusiastically but modestly pursues
social venture philanthropic opportunities.

Willa Seldon joined the Tides
Center as Executive Director in October 2003. As co-founder
and General Partner of Milepost Ventures, Ms. Seldon established
one of the first women-focused venture capital funds. She
spent seven years as an executive at AirTouch Communications.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Seldon was an executive at Williams-Sonoma
and an associate at Salomon Brothers in New York. She was
an early Board member and Board President of The Women's Foundation
and served as the Founding Board President of GirlSource.
Ms. Seldon currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Bryn
Mawr College and several professional advisory boards.

Molly Tschang is operations director
for Cisco's Ethernet Access Group. Previously, she was director
of business development integration where she lead a global
team responsible for the integration of Cisco's acquisitions
into all areas of the company's operations. Before joining
Cisco in 1998, Molly was a vice president at United States
Filter Corporation and a senior management consultant at Deloitte
& Touche. She began her career at IBM in sales as a marketing
representative. Molly is currently a member of the Cornell
University Council, President's Council of Cornell Women,
and the Cornell Entrepreneurship and Personal Enterprise Advisory
Council. She works with start-up companies and non-profits
in an advisory capacity.

Georgette Wong is responsible for
ensuring that ICG's Legacy Planning group best serves the
needs of wealthy families and foundations. Georgette began
her financial services career at USBancorp Piper Jaffray.
Her professional background includes developing growth plans
for entrepreneurial companies, venture capital investing,
and socially responsible investments. She brings over a decade
of experience in civic and philanthropic involvement. She
currently serves on the Board of Directors for CAA, a San
Francisco nonprofit corporation that creates and sustains
multicultural democracy.
