Typical Room for Male Trainees		 Most San Jose Job Corps trainee live in four person rooms. At left is a typical male trainee dormitory room. Female trainees live in rooms that are arranged differently and provide more privacy and in-room bathrooms and showers.

Men and women reside in separate dorms. Staff residents advisors supervise each dorm. Trainees are responsible for the cleanliness of their room and common dorm areas. There are room inspections every day.
